Dr. Abigail Moore grew up in the mountains of East Tennessee. She attended the veterinary school at the University of Tennessee. After graduating in 2008, she completed a one year Equine Ambulatory internship at Colorado State Veterinary Teaching Hospital that focused mostly on equine dentistry, medicine, and lameness. She has been practicing at the Waverly Animal Clinic since August 2009. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses, hiking, and spending time with her husband, two children, 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 horses, and the family cows/farm.
Retha was born and raised in Humphreys County. She is happily married to Charles (Chuck) Nix. They have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. Retha began working at Waverly Animal Clinic in 1977. Her hobbies include fishing and chasing grandchildren. She is a member of Ellis Grove Presbyterian Church.
Heather has worked at Waverly Animal Clinic since March 2013. She graduated from Waverly Central Highschool in 2012 and then continued to complete the Veterinary Technology Program at Columbia State in May 2015. Heather welcomed her beautiful baby girl, Claire, into the world on April 22, 2017. Heather has 2 dogs (Zues and Ares).
Wanda has worked at Waverly Animal Clinic since June 2006. She has been married to her husband Ronnie for 33 years. They have 2 children, 3 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild. They also have 2 furry dog friends Sassy and Roscoe. They have lived in Waverly since 2002.
Brandie was born in Dickson and graduated from Dickson County High School. She finished her training to be a veterinary technician at Columbia State Community College in May of 2017. After graduating she came straight to Waverly Animal Clinic. Brandie loves to ride horses in her spare time. She also loves spending time with her family, 1 dog, 2 cats, and 5 horses.
Heather was born & raised in Humphreys County. She has worked at Waverly Animal Clinic from 1999-2004 and Jan 2019 to present. She has 1 fur baby named 'Haven'. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her 3 nieces.
Anna was born and raised in Humphreys County. She has worked at Waverly Animal Clinic since March of 2019. She has been married to her husband Jonathan for 22 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, doing things on the family farm. They have 2 children Matthew and Becca and 3 fur babies (Max, Bo, and Kane).
